The Enterprise Architecture Lead/Architect will be responsible for defining and governing the overall architecture of a large-scale enterprise business application platform. The role ensures alignment between business objectives, application architecture, data architecture, integration architecture, security standards, infrastructure scalability, and enterprise technology governance. Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Inspect civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical works against approved drawings and technical specifications, with reference to TIA-942 and applicable ASHRAE and NFPA codes.
  • Perform independent setting out and check survey work covering levels, dimensions, alignments, and as-built verification using total station and auto level instruments.
  • Check material and mill test certificates against approved submittals before items are incorporated into the works.
  • Witness and sign off on theon the Inspection and Test Plan hold and witness points across all civil, mechanical, and electrical activities.

Position Objectives

The Assurance & Supervision Lead is responsible for overseeing the quality, compliance, and workmanship standards of all design, construction, and fit-out activities across data centre sites in Syria. Operating within the Site Management domain and Real Estate department, the role ensures that all civil, structural, and MEP works are executed in accordance with approved designs, project specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements. The position acts as the primary quality gate between the contractor's field delivery and the project's acceptance milestones, providing independent assurance to the Site Management Lead and Project Manager throughout all phases of construction.

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Supervise all on-site construction and installation activities across data centre projects in Syria, ensuring works are carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits across civil, structural, MEP, and finishing disciplines, documenting findings and issuing non-conformance reports (NCRs) where deviations from specification are identified.
  • Review contractor method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and material submittals to confirm compliance with project requirements prior to work commencing on site.
  • Monitor contractors and subcontractors' performance on site, tracking progress against the construction programme and flagging delays, resource gaps, or workmanship concerns to the Site Management Lead without delay.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical discipline. Candidates with a diploma and substantial site supervision experience, rather than a degree, will be considered.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in construction supervision, quality assurance, or site management, preferably on data centre, critical facility, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Syrian National will be preferred. 
  • Practical understanding of inspection and test plans (ITPs), non-conformance reporting (NCR) processes, and quality management systems as applied in a construction environment.

  • Conduct detailed network design validation, interoperability testing, and acceptance of MPLS VPNs, TE tunnels, and QoS configurations.

  • Prepare and evaluate technical documentation, RFPs, RFIs, and vendor proposals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project scope.

Technical Projects Coordinator

Position Objective:

The Technical Projects Coordinator will be responsible to coordinate between various stakeholders such as but not limited to, Projects Management Team, Design Offices, Civil Contractors, and Design Review Consultants and ensure all activities are correctly carried out and on-time per project plan. The coordinator must do daily updates on different platforms and generate daily updated report at CoB.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Understand different licenses telecom operators' requirements, terms of communications and requirements translation into engineering language
  • Interfacing all stakeholders involved in the civil and electromechanical design activities including project management, design offices, civil contractors, design review team and operations control team.  
  • Prepare activities schedule and resources plan ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assigning daily tasks to various design review team members and ensure its do-ability.
  • Provide the necessary support for various stakeholders; answers routine technical questions; recommend and implement approved quality standards.
  • Provide an effective feedback loop for building quality issues impacting performance.
  • Provide technical support to the design review team on different stages / phases. 
  • Provide an assessment of design offices’ performance on the ground.
  • Provide an assessment of internal engineering team performance on the ground.
