Job Description & Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for the Odoo-based platform.

• Troubleshoot system issues related to work orders, field inspections, asset tracking (PN/SN), and project tracking modules.

• Support mobile application users including field engineers and inspectors.

• Manage user accounts, roles, access rights, and permissions.

• Coordinate bug fixes, system enhancements, and updates with the development team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in ERP/Odoo application support, infrastructure administration, or application technical support roles.

• Experience supporting web and mobile applications in enterprise environments.

• Experience working in telecom or infrastructure project environments is strongly preferred.

• Strong experience with Odoo (Community Edition preferred) and understanding of ERP workflows.

  • Technical knowledge of Telecom, IT, and Project Management will be an added advantage.
