• Review and technically assess ICT, ELV, Fire Alarm, BMS, and security design submissions across all stages (concept, schematic, detailed design, Issued for Construction (IFC), and Shop Drawings) and issue structured, actionable review comments within agreed turnaround times.
• Evaluate structured cabling design packages including horizontal and backbone cabling layouts, patch panel schedules, telecommunications room designs, and cable pathway and containment drawings; verify compliance with relevant standards and the project specification.
• Assess active network infrastructure design submissions including core/distribution/access switching architecture, and DCIM connectivity; verify that the proposed topology meets the redundancy and performance requirements set out in the project brief.

• Review PA/VA, SMATV, and other ELV system designs for conformance with the project scope, applicable standards, and cross-system integration requirements.
• Verify that ICT/ELV/security designs are coordinated with CSA and MEP packages, check containment routing, equipment room provisions, power and earthing requirements, and EMI separation from power systems.
• Review BIM models and coordination reports submitted by the contractor; verify that ICT/ELV elements are modelled to the required LOD and that containment routing is clash-free and consistent with the approved design intent.
• Track all open review comments, assess the adequacy of contractor responses and resubmissions, and maintain a live register of outstanding and closed technical issues.
• Attend design review meetings, design coordination workshops, and BIM sessions as the PMO’s ICT/ELV/security technical representative; prepare and issue meeting minutes and action trackers.
• Support the PMO team during construction by reviewing ICT/ELV shop drawings, cable schedules, equipment submittals, and commissioning and acceptance test procedures; raise non-conformance records for any deviations from the approved IFC design.

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in ICT, ELV, and security system engineering, with a demonstrated track record in design on consultancy-side engagements for data centers or mission-critical facilities.
