Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Review and technically assess ICT, ELV, Fire Alarm, BMS, and security design submissions across all stages (concept, schematic, detailed design, Issued for Construction (IFC), and Shop Drawings) and issue structured, actionable review comments within agreed turnaround times.

Position Objective:

  • Track daily and weekly progress against the approved baseline, identify schedule variances, and recommend mitigation or recovery plans for both ISP activities.
