Support the Silklink asset management workstream by capturing, validating, updating, and reconciling asset records from field surveys, inventory systems, asset registers, and implementation evidence in accordance with agreed standards.
· Capture
and maintain asset records including site, room, row, rack, shelf, slot, card,
port, serial number, model, vendor, tag, status, and evidence references.
· Validate
physical survey outputs against inventory, CMDB, asset registers, and
implementation/as-built documentation.
· Identify
and report missing, duplicate, inconsistent, untagged, misplaced, or unknown
assets.
· Apply
agreed naming conventions, tagging rules, mandatory field requirements,
lifecycle statuses, and data-entry standards.
· Prepare
clean upload templates, discrepancy lists, evidence packs, and progress reports
for SME review.
· Coordinate
with field technicians, site teams, inventory specialists, and operations teams
to resolve asset record gaps.
· Support
asset movement, assignment, decommissioning, retirement, and reconciliation
activities where required.
· Maintain
traceability of data changes and ensure records are audit-ready.

information.

Bachelor's
degree in Telecom or IT or equivalent.

5+ years in
telecom asset management, physical inventory, CMDB/ITAM data operations,

labels, serial numbers, and site location hierarchy.
·
Experience
using Excel, structured templates, barcode/QR scanning tools,
CMDB/ITAM/inventory systems, or mobile survey tools.
·
Detail-oriented
with the ability to follow data standards and escalate discrepancies clearly.
·
Able to work
with field teams and maintain accurate records under delivery timelines.

Relevant Certificates:
