How to Use the LMS

  • Browse or search for modules by department, journey, or topic
  • Complete mandatory trainings within assigned timelines
  • Track your progress through dashboards
  • Download certificates (where applicable)
  • Use quizzes and knowledge checks to reinforce learning

All modules are reviewed and updated by the Business Excellence & Governance (BxG) and in coordination with the relevant Business Unit.


Mandatory Trainings

Certain modules will be assigned by HR, BxG, or your Line Manager and must be completed within a given timeframe. These may include:

  • Onboarding Modules (within first day)
  • Policy Awareness Modules (annually)
  • Process Refreshers (as per process updates)
  • Role-Specific Certifications (as applicable)
